1. You must have a current Pennsylvania Driver's License. 2. Out of state license must be current and accompanied by 2 forms of Identification (Owner's Card, Visa or Master Card). 3. 10% Damage Waiver on all rental items. 4. We need a deposit to cover Rental, Damage Waiver and tax unless you have an account in good standing with Fisher's Rental. 5. Items not returned clean are subject to a clean up charge. 6. The customer will be responsible for all tire damage or flats. Trouble due to normal wear will be the responsibility of Fisher's Rental. 7. All equipment leaves our yard full of fuel. There will be a refueling charge on tanks larger than one gallon. |
